Well.... It's a lot of things happening all the time, more than enough to keep you busy! I wanted to share with you what my everyday life is all about! What desribes it better than pictures? I totally believe that pictures tells more than a thousand words... -and it will also be easier for me... :) Sorry if it's too many, it's hard to choose.
What to do in Hoi An for a couple of weeks?
Here's the answer...
Wandering the streets in Ancient town
Shopping as much as your budget allow (not very much..) for bags, shoes, dresses etc. at the endless numbers of tailors
Pub to pub round drinking local draugh beer for 4000 dong (US$ 0,3) with Henriette while talking about life
Playing pool
Doing it the Asien style with karaoke, singing as loud as you can.
15 girls singing 'girls just wanna have fun' does not sound very beautiful, but is extremly fun!
Walking to the mini- marked shopping and laughing during fotosessions
Being a good student, reading at the café...
Eating streetfood-baguette with loads of meat
Playing tennis with Kristoffer and Henriette, no skills required..
Playing streetbasket with engagement for your team, skills definately required!
Eating absolutely delicios cake at 'Cargo' while having discussions on politics and development
Shopping for midday snacks or anything else you need at the local market
Bicycling to the university in the morning
Accepting weird stuff in your classroom at the university
Hanging out at the studycentre.. Chosing either to read or relax
Bicycling back from the studycentre through the ricefields
Quizzing!
'Rød Grød Med Fløde' and drinking beer, most important thing is to beat the norwegians...
Bying delicious fresh fruit from the street vendor for extremely expensive tourist prices
Drinking beer and listening to reggae in the hotel room at rainy days
Doing stupid, silly, funny things all the time and everywhere...
This is how everyday life can be, and this is how it is for me.. Eventhough we are students, and we complain about too much cirriculum and readings, there's not really anything to whine about, is there?
If you, for some reason, are wondering where I am and why I'm not in the pictures, that is beacuse I'm the photographer and it is difficult to be both places at the same time... :) I look the same as I always do, so no worries.. Cut my hair down here though, not a big change but very satisfied :) Except from that, I dont think there's very much to tell.. I think the pictures covers most of it. Havn't meet to many local people yet though, but it will come through time I guess. Learning a little bit of Vietnamese, "xin chao" -hello. And the most common one: "Sin Lao, din deun" - excuse me, can we have the bill please...
Everyday life can be absolutely amazing and fun!! -and it is..
I'm having a great time with all the beautiful people!
And I havn't done my homework for today, maybe that's why there's time for everything else...?
Tell me about your everyday life.... ? :)
AMAZING!!
